Meet Irit Rogoff
British Council |

Dr. Irit Rogoff, Professor of Visual Culture at Goldsmiths College London University, is visiting to Athens to give a lecture on Participation: A User’s Guide.

She will discuss what it means to take part in culture with artists, art critics and a wider audience. She will also explore questions such as: Are we finding new ways of engagement within contemporary art spaces? To what extent do conventional terms like ‘art’, ‘exhibition’, ‘audience’ etc fail to capture the emerging dynamics within the expanded field of art?

The lecture will be in English and admission is free.
