“Technopolis” City of Athens and ERT (public channel) organize for the first time the “Athens World Music Festival” from 16th to 20th July and invite you to the five-day festival with music from around the world. 25 musical bands, 30 soloists, over 100 musicians and the Symphony Orchestra of Athens create a festive atmosphere and make Athens reference point to the Mediterranean and southern Europe.

Part of the income will be offered to the NGO “Doctors of the World”.
The festival is supported by:
1. Therapy Center for Dependent Individuals
2. Organization of Culture, Sports and Youth of the Municipality of Athens, tourism development company DA and all agencies of the City who have been working
3. Athens Traders Association
4. Athens Development and Destination Management Agency
5. Airotel and the Athens – Attica Hotel Association

The festival, apart from the events in the area of Technopolis, will be extended to the city center from Syntagma to Technopolis and the surrounding archaeological sites. Cultural events (music, will be held in the morning, starting from the underground station “Syntagma”, Syntagma Square, Ermou Street, Monastiraki and Thissio.
