32nd Athens International Boat Show 2010

The Minister of Maritime Affairs, Islands and Fisheries Mr. Yiannis Diamantidis opens the 32nd Athens International Boat Show

The intense preparations for the 32nd Athens International Boat Show have reached the final stretch, as the event is about to open gates to interested audiences from the 16th to the 24th of October, at the METROPOLITAN EXPO, the most modern exhibition center in Greece, where the many sea & aquatic sport enthusiasts will find their beacon of interest.

To opening ceremony to the 32nd Athens International Boat Show will be conducted by the Minister of Maritime Affairs, Islands and Fisheries, Mr. Yiannis Diamantidis, on Saturday October 16th at 18.30.

Under the main motto of “Affordable getaways for all”, our very own large Boat Show event will be taking place at the ‘Eleftherios Venizelos’ Athens International Airport for the second time, once again presenting sea adventurers with a host of boats, equipment and accessories, fulfilling every need, preference and pricing point for all visitors and potential buyers.

For nine days from the 16th to the 24th of October, the 32nd Athens International Boat Show promises to reignite the sea enthusiast’s passion for open waters, featuring a great variety of products and more importantly at an affordable price range to the wider public, in the categories of: inflatable boats, powerboats, fishing boats, sailboats and cruisers, boat renting, outboard motors, accessories, equipment, electronic systems, servicing products and also diving gear, fishing equipment and aqua sporting items.
The International Boat Show is organized every year by EXPO ONE show organizing company, in co-operation with SEKAPLAS P.E.E.Y (Greek manufacturers of boats), and held under the auspices of the international organizations, namely the ‘International Federation of Boat Show Organizers’ (IFBSO) and the ‘International Council of Marine Industry Associations’ (ICOMIA).

The exhibition is open to the general public (admission fee required)

Having left the Arrivals Hall, move towards Exit 2 (arrivals level). The bus station for ‘METROPOLITAN EXPO’ Exhibition Center is located right outside the exit to transport you to the Exhibition Center, free of charge.
