Panel discussion on the horror of the Holocaust through the eyes of Jewish witnesses. In cooperation with the Embassy of Israel…..

The panel will discuss the written and oral testimonies of Greek survivors of the Holocaust as well as the ways in which literature has recounted the horror of the Holocaust. The panel will also explore the efforts made by academic institutions to systematically collect and study the testimonies of Greek survivors, especially the material of the Visual History Archive (USC), access to which the History Department of the Athens University has acquired.
