Stories of coins – Narration of cities
Foundation of the Hellenic World | Hellenic Cosmos Cultural Centre |

What do geography and numismatics have in common? Did you know that Amaxitos is a city in Troas, in Asia Minor? Are you familiar with Sparadocos and Geta? Why are wrestlers depicted on the coins of a city?

You can learn all these and many more by visiting the numismatic exhibition at “Hellenic Cosmos”. From a collection of over 13,000 coins, which is the fourth largest Asia Minor collection in the world, brought to Greece by FHW in 2007, we selected the best and rarest for you! We await you from the 24th of November 2010.
